This place is awesome! They even have an event room that has a little bar. They do open mic nights every now and then!

Food was good. Dessert was okay. Chips and cheese was great.

The food was good and the waitress was very pleasant.

The salsa as well as the white cheese was a great start the meal was good as well . Its my mother in-laws favorite place to eat.

Service was good, but I ordered carnitas and they were more fat than meat. Not very good.

Don't order the bean dip. It's more of a runny mess and served with crackers??? The salsa was very good. The cheese they serve with the salsa was water. Almost like they were running low so the stretched it out with water. Tortillas were excellent. Food was good. Rice was good, again beans too runny. Service was good. Second time of been here. I'll go back. I'm learning what not to order and what to order!

Every time I have been there Hector has stopped by my table to ask how the meal is. This is old school and I enjoy it. It shows that he respects and appreciated his customers and cares about the customer and the experience. The food is excellent, the experience is excellent and I am a customer for life.

Come HUNGRY. Had the Special Dinner. Two plates. Lots of food. Service and food excellent. Hector the owner greeted us at the front door. Located in old downtown area. For sure would return.

Great service and the food was good. The chicken and steak and fajitas, and burritos were great, the plain beef was just plain old ground beef, definitely for the gringos. Salsa was flavorful, not spicy, and queso was OK. It's hard to find a good place to eat in Woodward, but I'll go back to this one now that I know what to order. Beef, no, chicken or fajita beef, yes.

For the price, really good Mexamerican food. Definitely recommend the mango margarita on the rocks, only weird thing is they used a sugar rim instead of salt

Hector is always very friendly even in out in the public. His place never disappoints with taste or service. He once pulled quarters out of the money draw so the kids could get stuff out of the little candy machine's(wow)!

Having eaten Mexican food and Tex-mex my whole life. I want to say this first. Great atmosphere these people are so friendly. As a vegetarian I think is awesome they had options. It wasn’t that good. I wished I had saved my money and gone to Taco Bell or subway. I was too trusting of reviews around here.

When we got there we were greeted personally by the owner. The food that we ordered was very traditional. It would not be a match for those expecting Tex-Mex. The salsa was awesome and so was the cheese sauce. And at the end of the night after we paid we got a little with us. Very nice touch

Real authentic Mexican food, Carne Asada was very good. Our first time eating there, would definitely recommend.

If you're going to go to Hector's be ready to shake Hector's hand he comes up to every table and says hello. I have had Mexican food from all over but if you try the Mexican molcajete you will not be disappointed it's my new favorite Mexican dish!!!

Hector’s has become a favorite when we pass through Woodward. This time, I ordered the Molcajete Mexicano and Mrs. Flip Out ordered the pineapple chicken fajitas. Mrs. Flip Out really liked the pineapple chicken fajitas; they had refreshing flavor and was a delicious change from “the usual.” My entree was similar to a fajita meat combo, but it too was a delicious change from ordinary fajitas with the blend of spices, flavors, and presentation. If you’re a fan of a rich white queso, Hector’s has it on the menu and it’s great!

Best Mexican food I found in woodward.

Good salsa but the food is pretty bland. My wife got the taco salad and it was too wet to eat. The enchiladas and burritos were fine, just didn't have much flavor.

Best vegeterian burrito I have had, real fresh veggies grilled and well seasoned. Definitely great spot. Super friendly atmosphere.

The fajitas were very nice little on the tough side but really not too bad at all. The peppers were excellent, onions were good, done to correct temperature. I asked him to leave off the guacamole and they still put it on the side dish which contaminatef some of the part of that that I probably would have eaten but trust me I had plenty to eat. Table service could have been a little quicker all in all four stars.
